Our 2004 EMIF was a great success! Featuring over 20 works from talented experimental artists and filmmakers worldwide, the evening emphasized absolute originality in style, storytelling, and visual techniques. Everything from film, video, animation, and multimedia pieces; to live performances by audio / video artists were represented.

For 2005/ 2006, Not Quite Normal is trying something new. Because we received so many submissions, many of which were outside the Los Angeles area, we are in the process of developing a digital distribution program for audio and video projects. Not to worry though, we haven't abandonded the idea of more live events, but they will be put on a short hiatus. Keep checking back often to see how the project is shaping up.
